How many times have you thought to yourself, or heard people say, that they wish they could find a reliable and competent builder to quote on their new home, renovation or extension. Well, not even Covid and all of its associated restrictions, shortages and concerns could throw Jai and his extremely talented team at Three Eight Building Group off track to completing a high end extension with quality finishes and both on time, and more importantly on budget with estimates given.
Even when a discrepancy between the structural plans and the actual existing building became apparent, and what seemed like a monumental error that could have meant a redraw of the plans, Jai simply worked his way through the problem by liaising with the relevant suppliers to produce a suitable and appropriate solution without creating delays or extra expenses. All of the trades used in the project were extremely reliable, polite, clean and more than capable of achieving the high quality of finish that we hoped for and achieved. In particular, the quality of the woodwork and joinery is outstanding.

From my first meeting with Jai, I knew he was a builder that I would have confidence in bringing my vision to life, he was professional and was knowledgeable of all aspects of the project. Jai was able to see my vision instantly and we connected - for me that is an extremely important part of the building process; to have a good relationship with the builder.
